What You'll Do

As a Full Stack Customer Care Representative/Product Support Specialist, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our customers across North America. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering best-in-class support for all technical issues our users may face
  • Hosting webinars and office hours to educate and engage our customers
  • Contributing to the development of our internal processes and structures to ensure scalability and efficiency
  • Collaborating with our Product Team to gain a deeper understanding of the user experience and inform product development

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably in startup and/or tech-related environments. You'll be a quick learner, able to troubleshoot complex technical problems efficiently and proficiently. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to clearly explain solutions to customers, demonstrating empathy and patience. You'll be a team player, working effectively with colleagues to share knowledge and prioritize tasks.

Essential Qualifications

* University degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, computer science)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a startup or tech-related environment
  • Strong understanding of AI and new technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and resolving issues within set timelines
  • Experience with quality assurance in customer service and compliance monitoring is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with quality assurance tools and processes

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base salary: $88,000
  • Bonus: Eligible for additional compensation through bonuses and stock options
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance plans
  • Vacation: 30 vacation days per year, plus public holidays
  • Parental leave: Up to 6 weeks of 100% paid parental leave and an additional 6 weeks of paid leave for the birthing parent
  • Flexible work: Enjoy a flexible work schedule, with the option to work remotely within the USA for up to 2 months per year
