Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and social media messages, providing timely and effective resolutions to their questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Calmly Resolving Issues: De-escalate conflicts and resolve issues in a professional, empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Escalating Interactions: Escalate interactions when necessary, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive support.
  • Tracking Call-Related Information: Accurately record and track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Providing Feedback: Offer constructive feedback on call issues, helping to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless, customer-centric individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences. To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at Least 18 Years Old: Meet the minimum age requirement for this position.
  • Have 6 Months of Customer Service Experience: Possess a solid foundation in customer service, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Be Fluent in English: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • Be Comfortable with Desktop Computer Systems: Demonstrate proficiency in using desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess Logical Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit strong logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Be Organized and Able to Prioritize Work: Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

For Bilingual Representatives (English & Spanish)

* Be Fluent in English and Spanish: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Have a Strong Understanding of Cultural Differences: Possess a strong understanding of cultural differences and nuances, with the ability to adapt communication styles to meet the needs of diverse customers.

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need to meet the following work from home requirements:

  • Internet Connection Requirements: Possess a reliable internet connection with a minimum download rate of 25.0 MBPS and a minimum upload rate of 10.0 MBPS.
  • ISP Requirements: Use an internet service provider (ISP) with no packet loss and a ping under 30MS.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: Provide proof of internet speed to ensure compliance with our requirements.
