Your Day-to-Day Tasks
As a Weekend Remote Chat Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer support chats in real-time using saved replies and macros. You will also be responsible for helping users with login access, product questions, and shipping updates, as well as escalating complex billing or technical issues to higher-tier support. Additionally, you will need to accurately summarize and tag all resolved chats, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.

Pay & Shift Details
As a Weekend Remote Chat Support Agent, you will start at $25/hour and have the opportunity to earn up to $35/hour after 30 shifts and strong QA performance. You will be required to work 4-8 hour blocks between 6 AM and 11 PM (local or U.S. time zones) on Saturdays and Sundays only. A minimum commitment of 8 weekend hours/week is required.
Training & Launch Timeline
Our onboarding process is designed to ensure that you have everything you need to succeed in this role. You will complete 2 hours of onboarding modules, participate in simulated weekend-specific chat flows, and receive feedback from our QA team. You will be live on the job within 3-4 business days after acceptance.
