Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Success Manager, your primary focus will be on driving successful adoption and expansion of our solutions with our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing customized success plans to meet the unique needs of each customer
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and outstanding results
  • Identifying and addressing customer pain points, providing solutions and recommendations to drive growth and satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Analyzing customer data and feedback to inform product development and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+ years of recent experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Customer Success, or Business Development
  • Experience in Marketing, CDP/Tag Management/MarTech or a similar SaaS environment is preferred
  • Experience working with enterprise customers is preferred
