About the Role:
As a Senior Customer Success Engineer at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert guidance and support on all technical, product, and support-related matters. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Engaging with customers through inbound requests, identifying their needs, and validating their project timelines, challenges, and risk factors.
* Driving adoption and implementation of blithequark's product features through hands-on product demonstrations and technical workshop sessions.
* Conducting periodic health checks to review blithequark's implementation and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Understanding, advocating, and documenting customers' use cases, architecture, and roadmaps.
* Collaborating with customers to explore new use cases and expand blithequark's API platform usage.
* Building strong, meaningful relationships with customers, emerging as their trusted technical advisor and partner.
* Participating in renewal or expansion discussions, providing technical input, and effectively managing customer escalations.
* Managing customer accounts using blithequark's customer maturity model framework.
What You'll Bring:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a unique combination of technical expertise, communication skills, and business acumen. Here are some of the key qualifications we're looking for:
* 3-5 years of hands-on implementation experience with API gateways and/or API integrations in customer environments.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues and solutions concisely.
* Practical working knowledge of APIs and microservices architectures.
* Previous experience with Kubernetes and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
* Storytelling with data to articulate business value realized through blithequark's products.
* Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to represent the voice of the customer across cross-functional teams.
* A strong desire to tackle hard technical problems and a proven ability to do so with little or no direct daily supervision.
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on attention to detail and delivering results across multiple initiatives.
