Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Professional with Croatian language expertise, you will play a critical role in delivering high-level customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Answering incoming calls and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Meeting targets and achieving sales goals through effective communication and negotiation
