Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing tailored customer engagement strategies to drive adoption, retention, and growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to onboard new clients, provide training, and ensure seamless product implementation
  • Conducting regular business reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations to clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, court administrators, and end-users
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to inform strategic decisions
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, such as upselling and cross-selling our AI-powered solutions
  • Developing and delivering training programs, workshops, and webinars to educate clients on the full potential of our products
  • Providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A law degree (LL.B or J.D.) or substantial experience working with government/court customers
  • Proven experience working in legal technology and/or with AI-based software platforms
  • Strong presenting and communication skills, with experience training and interacting with customers regularly
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and experience with data analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working with generative AI products and their applications in the legal sector
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations
  • Knowledge of court management systems and case management software
  • Experience with training and development programs, including adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Certification in customer success management or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
