Responsibilities

As an Experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Customer Expert, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
• Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Providing feedback on call issues
• Meeting sales objectives as defined

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• 6 months of sales customer service experience minimum
• Bilingual - Spanish and English
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills
• 6 months of sales experience minimum
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
• Ability to stay composed and objective
• Strong listening skills
• Superior negotiating skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure your success in a remote setting, you'll need:

• A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
• An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms
• A clean and quiet workspace
• Proof of internet speed required
