Position Overview

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing quality product and services information
  • Troubleshooting technical problems and escalating complex issues to senior team members
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective solutions to customer problems
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales performance
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Responsibilities

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling

Candidate Qualifications

We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ideal candidates will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
