Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Customer Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive sales and customer service efforts. You will work closely with our sales and customer success teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, and provide timely and effective support to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound sales inquiries and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences

  • Proactively reach out to customers to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective support to resolve any issues or concerns customers may have
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure you're always providing the best possible solutions and support to our customers

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a remote or virtual environment

  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in CRM software and other sales and customer service tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Experience with sales and customer service software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Certification in sales or customer service, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
