Job Summary

As an Experienced Remote Sales Customer Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service that meets or exceeds our clients' expectations. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new sales opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
