The Role

As a Customer Engagement Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing warm, responsive support across email, chat, and phone to customers
  • Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the next step in their journey
  • Using scripts and tools to create a consistent, top-tier customer experience
  • Assigning leads to the right partner agents or teams
  • Troubleshooting questions or concerns with clarity and care
  • Flagging issues to the Customer Engagement Operations Team as needed
  • Jumping in on additional tasks to help keep things running smoothly

What You'll Get

* Hourly Pay: $16 USD/hour

  • Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Duration: 3–6 months, with the possibility of extension
  • Schedule: Shifts available between 7 AM – 7 PM US Central Time
  • Location: Remote, USA only
  • Must be authorized to work as a 1099 contractor in the U.S.

What You Bring

* Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • 2+ years of customer support experience (email, phone, and/or chat)
  • Internet speed of at least 50Mbps to make video and VoIP calls
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Bonus Points

* Experience using help desk software and remote support platforms

  • Google Workspace familiarity
  • Experience with high-volume call environments
  • Basic real estate knowledge
  • B2B customer support
