Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Implementation Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of project management or software implementation experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for product issues
  • Ability to establish credibility with clients at various levels through industry, product, and technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication (oral, written, interpersonal) skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience with CRM software, such as EZLynx
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles and agile methodologies
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
