  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with blithequark's products, services, and policies, participating in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously

  • Certification in customer service, such as CCSP or CSC
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience with social media, with the ability to provide customer support via social media channels
