As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and creating unforgettable memories for our guests.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately processing sales through our Point of Sale system and credit card terminals with precision, while following company policies and procedures.
  • Selling apparel in the trackside souvenir stand and promoting our brand to our guests.
  • Completing the check-in process with our customers, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Taking guest photos to capture memories of their special day.
  • Supporting opening and closing functions when needed, including setting up and tearing down our sales and hospitality areas.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs and exceeding their expectations.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Proficient with Computers and Microsoft Office Applications, with the ability to learn our Point of Sale system and other software tools.
  • Ability to work Weekdays and Weekends, including evenings and holidays.
  • Remain upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time, as you'll be on your feet for most of your shift.
  • At least 16 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of NASCAR or motorsports, with a passion for the sport.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
