What You'll Do:

As a Customer Success Analyst at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and guidance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing in-depth knowledge of applicable software tools, including Bswift
• Creating and configuring low to moderate complexity new and existing customer websites using third-party software
• Troubleshooting routine issues and providing basic support to assigned customers
• Collaborating with senior analysts and other teams to quality-check configured software and ensure proper functioning
• Following established SOPs and executing assigned duties with precision and attention to detail
• Providing routine direct daily support to assigned customers and/or customers as directed
• Learning health and benefits products, services, and tools to configure and test software tools effectively
• Committing to assist with achieving or exceeding internal and external performance standards
• Participating in customer meetings, as requested
• Following department guidelines, policies, and procedures, including professional development and continuing education required for valid licensing
• Determining a course of personal and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Performing all other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

Minimum Education Required:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Proficient with MS Office Suite:

You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience working with database applications:

Familiarity with database applications and ability to learn new systems quickly

Exceptional telephone demeanor:

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers at all levels

BSwift Experience:

Previous experience with Bswift is highly desirable

Strong interpersonal skills:

Ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders

Attention to detail:

High level of attention to detail and ability to adhere to high standards for customer-facing work product

Ability to maintain confidentiality:

Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations

1-2 years of experience in an office environment:

Previous experience in the insurance, human resources, or financial sector is highly desirable

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is $26.44 - $31.25 hourly. Please note that this range is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role, taking into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
