Job Overview

This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. As a Data Entry and Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing everyday specialized help for network framework and inner work area frameworks programming and equipment. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot work area frameworks, workstations, servers, and organization issues. You will also maintain passwords, information respectability, and document framework security, and provide technical help to PC framework clients and answer questions or resolve PC issues for clients face to face and by means of telephone, email, talk, and so on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answers client support demands and determines the specialized help issue (i.e., programming or equipment related) and maintain trust in the Technical Services Group (TSG).
  • Communicates with clients by telephone to discuss recognized issues or concerns and resolve the issues (for example, equipment or programming glitch, client blunder, and so forth).
  • Investigates recognized issues by getting clarification on some things, assessing web information destinations, or potentially inward site to distinguish arrangements and work with goal.
  • Conducts site visits inside the region to investigate issue and additionally introduce or redesign equipment and programming in the event that help issue can't be settled essentially.
  • Conducts follow-up with clients to check issues were settled totally.
  • Completes administration orders to stay away from functional postpones in settling issues.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree and relevant technical work experience. You should also have the ability to convey profoundly specialized data to both specialized and non-specialized clients. Knowledge of Microsoft Working Frameworks (client/server) is essential, and experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Phantom, Symantec, Work area Applications, Dynamic Registry, and different Internet browsers is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Certifications like A+, Network, or MCP.
  • Experience with technical support and data entry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
