About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a core member of our online market research department, you will be responsible for communicating and collaborating with our clients, completing online data entry tasks, product and service reviews, surveys, and other online jobs. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete online data entry tasks, product and service reviews, surveys, and other online jobs
• Communicate and collaborate with our market research clients
• Work independently in a remote setting, using your own computer and internet connection
• Utilize email customer service skills to respond to client inquiries in an online ticket response system
• Follow best-answer templates to ensure consistent and high-quality responses

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Computer literacy, with an intermediate working ability level (minimum requirement)
• Persistent work ethic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of internal and external clients
• A willingness to learn and improve in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Solid attention to detail and ability to multitask when working from home

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, data entry, or marketing/PR
• Experience working in a remote or telecommuting environment

• Earn from $2.50 - $75.00 per online survey
• Entry hourly pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
