Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Entering data into our web-based application with high accuracy and speed
- Maintaining data integrity and ensuring data consistency across multiple systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve data quality
- Developing and implementing data entry processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Analyzing data trends and providing insights to inform business decisions
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in data entry and data management
Key Qualifications
* At least 8 years of experience in data entry and data management
- 4 years of experience supporting Manager level or higher
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with cloud-based applications and data management systems
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of data visualization and data storytelling techniques
- Experience with data quality and data governance best practices
- Certification in data entry or data management (e.g. Certified Data Entry Specialist or Certified Data Manager)
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
