Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

Communication Skills

+ Communicate clearly and empathetically, both verbally and in writing. + Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate channels for resolution. + Provide timely and accurate updates to customers on the status of their issues.
