What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collecting and inputting patient data into the e-Intake system with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Verifying products and services, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • Managing high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake and assisting with CPAP resupply
  • Providing basic technical assistance and education on CPAP equipment to patients, ensuring they understand how to use their equipment effectively

What's Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong customer service background, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences
  • Basic computer and internet skills, with the ability to navigate our e-Intake system and other software applications
  • A valid driver's license in the state of residence, with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
  • Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
  • Familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policies
  • Medical terminology knowledge
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions across different communication mediums
