About the Role

As a Customer Support Clerk at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide knowledgeable answers about our products and services. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products, pricing, and availability
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and meet their needs
  • Perform data entry tasks in various platforms to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
  • Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in customer support or a related field (not required but preferred)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and administrative skills with attention to detail

  • Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and record-keeping principles
