Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Tire Support Program

Job Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email
• Scheduling appointments for customers and identifying root causes of inquiries through probing questions
• Utilizing our customer relationship management tool to research inquiries and document customer interactions
• Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text while updating internal computer applications and systems
• Maintaining required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service
• Exhibiting a positive attitude and bringing enthusiasm to work each and every day
• Proven record of great attendance and demonstrating skills as a team player

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, clear diction, tone, and knowledge/use of proper grammar
• Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and co-workers
• Strong desire to be helpful and take ownership of resolving customer situations
• Proven record of great attendance and demonstrating skills as a team player

Technical Requirements

As a remote 1099 Independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing your own equipment that meets the following technical requirements:

• Two screens (2 monitors or 1 monitor and 1 laptop)
• Windows 10 or 11 Home or Pro OS desktop or laptop (no Macs or Chromebooks)
• Hardwired internet connection directly to router (no WiFi accepted)
• High-speed internet: minimum 45 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload
• Working computer camera
• Use of a USB or wired headset with volume control & mute function

Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

• Competitive pay: $14.00 per hour (production) and $12.00 per hour (training)
• Flexible schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6:00 PM
• Training: 10 days, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
