Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements
- Processing customer transactions, including ticketing and baggage handling
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on airline policies and procedures

- Working rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 70 pounds
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn airline-specific software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
