Key Responsibilities

As a French Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing property quotes to prospective and existing clients in French
  • Assisting clients with the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience
  • Delivering maintenance support and addressing customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with:

  • Fluent or native proficiency in French (written and spoken)
  • A preference for an extra language being Spanish, English, or Arabic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
