Experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative – Remote Work Opportunity for Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia Residents

Job Summary
We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our overnight, weekend, and holiday lost/stolen customer service team. As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a 100% remote position, and we're looking for candidates who are comfortable working from home and can commit to a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to lost or stolen accounts
- File disputes and shut down debit cards for safety
- Maintain an empathetic and professional tone throughout all calls
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associates Degree preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Background check required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (No Wifi)
- Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) Smartphone
- Either Smartphone or Land Line Phone used for remote queue connection
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Experience with PC or Laptop for at least 3 years
- Familiarity with banking or financial industry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Training and Development
* Virtual Classroom Training scheduled to start on Wednesday, October 30, 2024
- Week 1 of training:
+ Wednesday: 5PM-10PM + Thursday: 9PM-2AM + Friday: 9PM-2AM + Saturday: 5PM-10PM + Sunday: 5PM-10PM
- Week 2 of training:
+ Monday: Off + Tuesday: Off + Wednesday: 9PM-2AM + Thursday: 9PM-2AM + Friday: Off
Scheduling Options
* 3 Full Time scheduling options: + Saturday: 5P-2P + Sunday: 5P-2A + Monday: Off + Tuesday: Off + Wednesday: 9P-6A + Thursday: 9P-6A + Friday: Off
