The Role

As a Remote Entry-Level Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing CRM software to manage customer interactions and track progress
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Providing empathetic and personalized support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong typing skills (50+ WPM) and good computer skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience with a high call volume
  • Average 90% or higher QA/KPI scores
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a reliable private internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in the home service industry, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, is highly desirable. Additionally, proficiency in scheduling software and accounting integrations would be an asset.
