The Role

Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction, build loyalty, and increase retention. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where no two days are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer live chat inquiries regarding product questions, services, or general customer support

  • Manage customer interactions effectively to build loyalty and increase retention
  • Handle both positive feedback and complaints gracefully
  • Utilize strong communication skills to provide clear and concise responses to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses

Requirements:

* Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Strong communication skills and the capacity to follow instructions closely
  • Availability to work 20+ hours per week
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional support

Preferred Qualifications:
