Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Amazon customers through our live chat platform, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction goals. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to Amazon customers through our live chat platform, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Achieve explicit department goals, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work a variety of shift assignments, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime peak periods

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or live chat environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology, including live chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or live chat environment, preferably in the e-commerce industry

  • Knowledge of Amazon products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and live chat platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
