About the Role

As a Chat Operator at blithequark, you will be responsible for representing our automotive dealer clients in online conversations, creating a wow-ing experience for customers, and turning conversations into leads that generate revenue. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Represent blithequark's automotive dealer clients favorably, promoting their products and services
  • Turn conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and drive business growth
  • Utilize your gaming experience to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to customer inquiries
  • Work independently in a remote setting, managing your time effectively to meet performance targets
  • Attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT, to develop your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Live within the state of Idaho, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
  • Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher)
  • Able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to customer inquiries
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing your time effectively to meet performance targets
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and navigate our online platforms

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Experience with online chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including products and services
  • Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or marketing
