About Our Intern Program:

We're excited to offer a paid part-time remote internship opportunity for Fall 2023 and Winter 2024. As an intern at blithequark, you'll have the chance to work in a dynamic start-up environment and tackle real-world business challenges. Our internship program is designed to provide you with the freedom to explore each department within our company and gain hands-on experience with our team. We're looking for innovative and proactive interns who are ready to take on significant responsibilities and make a meaningful impact on our operations.

Customer Success & Operations – Paid Internship:

As a Customer Success & Operations intern, you'll work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure our customers have a seamless and memorable experience with blithequark. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting customer issues using premium technology solutions to manage live chat, ticketing, and inbound telephone inquiries
  • Learning the ins and outs of our product and developing problem-solving skills
  • Hone your inbound sales skills to improve the overall blithequark brand
  • Aiding in the operational efforts during our largest B2B renewal season
  • Gaining direct exposure to roles in Account Management, Customer Success, and Business Operations

This internship will provide you with a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll have the chance to work with our team to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Internship Details:

* Duration: Monday, October 9th to Friday, February 2nd

  • Compensation: $15 per hour
  • Remote work option: Yes, with the flexibility to work from home or hybrid/ full in-office work at our WeWork location in New York City

Requirements:

* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program

  • Enthusiasm for sports and the recruiting process
  • Customer Service or Sales experience preferred (not required)
  • Solid analytical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly identify the source of and solution to a problem
  • Ability to understand our user's needs and communicate our value proposition
