Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating the work of others. Your primary focus will be on Facebook Ads, but you will also be involved in Google Ads, customer support, graphic design, and general administrative tasks. You will communicate directly with clients through our project management system and work autonomously, with the ability to self-direct and prioritize tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to drive success
  • Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Google Adwords and Shopping
  • Respond to customer queries via our project management system
  • Design graphics using Canva or similar platforms
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including report preparation and data entry
  • Proofread and edit SEO blogs written by our team
  • Assist with lead generation and follow-up tasks
  • Coordinate tasks and projects across multiple teams

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential requirements:

  • Be based in the Philippines
  • Have excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Have experience with Facebook Ads, or be willing to learn and take on new challenges
  • Have experience with Google Ads, or be willing to learn and become Google Certified
  • Have proven experience working with English-speaking employers or clients
  • Have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Be willing to help out wherever needed, including administrative tasks
  • Have a fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power
  • Have experience with graphic design using Canva or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, and online lead generation
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and practices
  • Experience with project management tools and software
  • Google Certification in Google Ads
