Job Summary

As an iGaming Dealer Presenter (Customer Service Representative) at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our live players through our online casino platform. You will be presenting casino games live on-camera, interacting with players, and providing a fun and engaging experience for all participants. Key Responsibilities

* Present casino games live on-camera, interacting with players and providing a fun and engaging experience for all participants

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our games and products to provide accurate and helpful information to players
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to player queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with new products and services
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance

Essential Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
  • Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
  • Wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or hospitality work experience preferred
  • Responsible, dedicated, and dependable

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in the gaming or hospitality industry
