Responsibilities

As a Fully Online Customer Service Consultant at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Contacting clients who have inquired about their benefits to provide personalized support and guidance
  • Scheduling and conducting detailed virtual benefit reviews via Zoom to ensure clients understand their coverage and benefits
  • Guiding clients through the benefits enrollment process, answering questions, and addressing concerns
  • Completing a report card for each client after their benefits review to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction, including active listening, empathy, and clear articulation
  • Basic computer proficiency for smooth virtual communication, including proficiency in Zoom and other digital tools
  • A dedicated work ethic and a commitment to excellent service, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A dynamic, engaging personality that builds lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Exceptional time management skills for efficient operations, including prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines
  • Leadership experience is a plus and offers growth opportunities, with a focus on developing and mentoring team members

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in customer service or sales
  • Familiarity with benefits enrollment processes and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and digital communication tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline
