Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will process customer orders and inquiries, navigate complex customer issues, and provide expert product knowledge to drive sales growth. This is an on-site position, and we are seeking individuals who share our passion for delivering legendary customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently
  • Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Develop expertise in blithequark's products and solutions, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently and accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and drive business growth

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
