Your Role at blithequark

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, working directly with them to resolve their queries and concerns. You will be the face of blithequark, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls from prospective or current customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Listening attentively to customer inquiries and providing accurate and helpful information
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues or concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Following up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and provide additional assistance

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience providing customer service over the phone in a call center or similar environment
  • Polished and professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
  • Punctuality and consistent attendance are required
  • Flexible availability for overtime or weekend hours, as needed
  • Friendly, patient, and skilled on the phone, with a helpful demeanor
  • Energetic, highly organized, and able to take ownership of issues with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail
  • Maintains professional and respectful behavior when addressing the concerns of irate or frustrated clients
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift in either a seated or standing position, depending on personal workspace setup

Salary Range
