Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Helping customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering
• Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center setting

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
