About the Role: Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using our world-class technology
  • Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat, and provide personalized support to meet their needs

  • Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system, and provide technical support as needed

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
