Job Overview

As a Customer Success Support Clerk at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience with our products and services. This position involves managing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with internal teams, and providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be an integral part of our Customer Success team, working closely with the RMA Department, Sales, and Technical Support teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, chat, or other channels, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot product or service-related concerns, delivering clear and effective solutions to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer support database, performing document scans into our system for RMA and Customer Success.
  • Stay up-to-date with blithequark's products, services, and processes to effectively assist customers and provide expert support.
  • Proactively perform Customer Satisfaction Surveys via phone or email to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including RMA, Customer Success, Sales, and Technical Support, to resolve complex issues and provide the best solutions for our customers.
  • Track customer success metrics and provide regular reports on customer satisfaction and feedback trends, helping us to continuously improve our services.
  • Perform administrative tasks, maintain records, and complete other office duties related to customer support, ensuring the smooth operation of our Customer Success team.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team member or manager for resolution, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our Customer Success team and blithequark as a whole.

Essential Qualifications and Competencies

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) being a plus.
