The Role

As a Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers in a friendly and respectful manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
• Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
• Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent basis
• Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
• Adapting to fast-changing guidelines and customer needs
• Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
• Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
• A minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferably)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French
• Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferably)
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
• Ability to pass a background check
• Fluency in both English and Standard French (reading, writing, and speaking)

Compensation and Perks

• A salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
