Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Fielding inquiries and addressing pain points through exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and timely solutions
  • Conducting inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and quality control tasks

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
