Job Summary
As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will process customer orders and inquiries, communicate product and solutions information, and provide legendary service to our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with order processing and fulfillment
- Knowledge of shipping and packaging materials
- Certification in customer service or a related field
