Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, your daily activities will include:
- Inbound and outbound calling to engage with customers, address their concerns, and provide solutions to their problems
- Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Maintaining extensive product knowledge to ensure that customers receive accurate information and support
- Completing necessary paperwork and quality control checks to ensure that all customer interactions are documented and evaluated
- Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge and prepare for future leadership roles

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- 18+ years of age
- Must pass a background check
- High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
