Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, your daily activities will include:

  • Inbound and outbound calling to engage with customers, address their concerns, and provide solutions to their problems
  • Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Maintaining extensive product knowledge to ensure that customers receive accurate information and support
  • Completing necessary paperwork and quality control checks to ensure that all customer interactions are documented and evaluated
  • Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge and prepare for future leadership roles

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • 18+ years of age
  • Must pass a background check
  • High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn and adapt to new products and services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous customer service or retail experience
  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of our products and services
  • Experience with quality control and quality assurance processes
  • Experience with leadership development programs and training
