Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented students or young professionals to join our team as Part-Time Data Entry Specialists – Backend Office Executives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist – Backend Office Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, including but not limited to, customer information, sales data, and other relevant records
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including but not limited to, customer contact information, sales history, and other relevant data
  • Performing various administrative tasks, including but not limited to, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing mail
  • Providing exceptional customer service, including but not limited to, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general support
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, including but not limited to, participating in meetings, sharing knowledge and expertise, and contributing to team projects
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, including but not limited to, attending training sessions, reading industry publications, and participating in online forums

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Basic computer knowledge, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software applications
  • 12th pass or any graduate degree from a recognized institution
  • Minimum experience: 0 years; Maximum experience: up to 2 years
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data into our systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including but not limited to, written and verbal communication, customer service, and teamwork
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including but not limited to, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

While the following qualifications are not essential, they are highly desirable:

  • Experience in data entry, customer service, or other administrative roles
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software applications, including but not limited to, CRM systems, accounting software, and other relevant tools
  • Certification in data entry, customer service, or other relevant fields
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including but not limited to, meeting deadlines, handling multiple tasks, and adapting to changing priorities
