Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you will be the face of our agency, providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders and prospects. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and prospects via phone, email, and in-person

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote blithequark's products and services to customers and prospects
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide informed and expert advice to customers
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry

  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a sales or customer service role in the insurance industry

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with CRM software and other technology platforms
