As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, disconnect/reconnect, payment arrangements, budget billings, making payments, processing trouble and outage orders, and assisting with My Account (online accounts)
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing computer navigation skills to access customer information and resolve issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will need:

  • Prior call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Great attendance, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and targets
  • Excellent computer navigation skills, with the ability to quickly and accurately access customer information
  • The ability to type minimally 35-40 WPM, with strong keyboarding skills
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Open to working overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
  • Adherence to a 20-minute daily break and 1-hour lunch
  • Multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously

Technical Requirements

For remote positions, the minimum internet speed requirements are:

  • Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up)
  • Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
  • Speed test results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload

Camera Requirements

Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches).
