Key Responsibilities

As a Tele Chat / Phone Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming phone calls and chat messages from members in a prompt and professional manner
  • Assisting members with inquiries, account information, and issue resolution in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing guidance on products, services, and online banking platforms to ensure members have the knowledge they need to succeed
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and following up as needed to ensure member satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience and resolve complex issues

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • A strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a financial services environment
  • Proficiency in using chat and phone support software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a call center or customer support environment, with a focus on phone and chat communication channels
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, with a focus on credit unions and banking
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Financial Services Representative (CFSR)
  • Experience working with diverse populations, with a focus on delivering culturally sensitive and inclusive service
