Remote Estimator - Stadium Experience Required
Job Title: Remote Estimator - Stadiums! Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
About the Role
Join a high-performing team supporting the building of LA olympic stadium. As a Remote Estimator, you'll play a key role in cost management, working closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and cost-effective project delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for experienced estimators with a background in civil, architectural, or structural projects, stadium experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze civil and architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and timelines
- Conduct quantity take-offs and support virtual site assessments
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to refine estimates
- Utilize estimating software to model costs and generate reports
- Track actual costs and adjust estimates as project scope evolves
- Evaluate cost-effectiveness and risk factors of proposed designs
- Maintain a database of suppliers, contractors, and historical cost data
- Assist in bid preparation and contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of estimating experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
- Experience with architectural, structural, and civil projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and cost modeling
- Ability to work cross-functionally with remote teams
Preferred Experience
- Stadium Background
- Background in ground-up project or construction management
- Familiarity with Revit and commercial construction workflows

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
