Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to articulate their value to customers
  • Identifying and addressing customer concerns and roadblocks to ensure satisfaction and product usage
  • Managing external competitive pressures and handling objections to retain customers or win new customers
  • Managing a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day, with a focus on outbound communication
  • Collaborating with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects
  • Maintaining the customer management system (CRM) to ensure accurate data capture and analysis
  • Undertaking sales motions, including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, and renewing contracts

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity
  • Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quota/goals
  • Experience in high-volume calling and a proven track record of success
  • Ability to learn new technology and data quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
  • Ability to work from home and maintain a productive work environment

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $32,600 - $49,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid learning days.
