Your Role at blithequark

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to their questions, issues, and concerns. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate interactions when necessary. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling if required

Qualifications and Requirements

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need:

  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 MBPS and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 MBPS
  • An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 30MS
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • A clean and quiet workspace
